ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Gardener to join our team for the 2026 season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in detail, and loves being outside.
You’ll be working on a variety of residential properties, helping maintain and enhance gardens throughout the season.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining residential gardens with attention to detail (weeding, pruning, general upkeep)
Performing property maintenance tasks such as sweeping and leaf blowing
Planting, watering, and installing soil amendments (compost, mulch, landscaping rock)
Supporting the overall health, appearance, and cleanliness of outdoor spaces
Delivering consistent, high-quality work for our clients
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet all day
Attention to detail (this is a big one for us!)
Interest in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is a must (to get between sites during the work day)
Previous gardening/landscaping experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive hourly wage – starts at $20 an hour (based on experience)
Consistent daytime hours Monday to Friday (seasonal role – May – Oct.)
Part-time (20–30 hours/week expected, not guaranteed)
Potential for additional hours during peak spring season (if desired)
Opportunity to grow with a small, values-driven company

Plant knowledge (especially perennials/shrubs for Zone 3/4)
Experience with garden design or installs
